What to expect after ordering

Processing 1–3 business days

Your order is prepared for shipment before being transferred to the applicable carrier.

Transit 6–12 business days

Transit begins after your order has been dispatched.

Estimated total 7–15 business days

This is the normal estimated processing and delivery timeframe.

Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

TRACKING HELP

Not seeing the update you expected?

Tracking systems do not always update at the same moment as the parcel physically moves. These are the most common situations.

A carrier may need some time to register the first scan or the next movement. Additional tracking events may appear as the shipment progresses.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated 7–15 business-day timeframe, contact us so the shipment can be reviewed.

Check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors where appropriate, and any reception, mailroom or parcel locker.
